This poem was written sometime between September and October of 2009.
Glittering diamonds of the sky,
So far away but I feel just as high.
You cross my mind, I hold my breath.
You're eyes – I drown in their depth.
Do you feel the same?
Do I alone feel the flame?
Dreaming of a loving embrace,
Gently touch the skin upon your face.
This is all so unexpected.
Already I fear being rejected.
I'll sit quiet, smiling up at you.
Look at me – do you see right through?
Only time will tell,
About this sudden spell.
Is it meant to be just one more tragic?
Or is it a dance for two, the real magic?
