This is a very quick and sloppy rough draft of an idea that popped into my head late one evening. I decided I wanted to explore what really drew my attention to video games and why they continued to hold my fascination.
By no means is this near completion, I may not even finish it, but enjoy.
Drawn into the heart of a false reality, an alternate universe, a world beyond this and a pixel based fantasy. An escape from echoing thoughts and daunting memories presents itself before the fingertips. The opportunity to become another, an extension of the body, mind, and soul. Where the mindset is warped and priorities are shifted. In this world, talents are vastly more gifted. Preconceived notions of reality are threatened and conquered, acknowledged and justified, discovered and lost. The depths of the mind challenge the very foundations we've come to admire, accept, and even ignore. Resistance, is in fact, futile.
